At Rocksta★, we want you to have the best possible shopping experience. Every product goes through strict quality checks before shipping, but in the rare case you face an issue, we’re here to help.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available if you request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@rocksta.in
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags.
- Once approved, we will arrange for the exchange and deliver the new item.
Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted if the product you received is defective or damaged.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at rockstahelpdesk@gmail.com
- Your order details
- An unboxing video clearly showing the defect/damage
- Once verified, we will either refund your payment (to your original method) or send a replacement.
- Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “don’t like the product” are not accepted.
Important Notes
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
